Premium Support One Year Commitment
Scope of Agreement
MetaLINK Technologies offers a complete, cohesive Premium Technical Support and Monitoring Platform designed for managed services including content filtering, remote backup, etc. These services will be provided by MetaLINK Technologies and will provide technical support for inquiries from our clients.
1. Fees and Payment Schedule
a. If monthly service is provided, fees will be $9.95 per device, per month.
b. The Client is invoiced on a monthly basis, and the invoice is due and payable with net 15 day terms. Services will be suspended if payment is not received within 10 days following date due. Contract is a one year (12 month) term and renews month by month after initial term.
c. The Early Cancellation charge is equal to the remainder of your contract.
